Should you have to cancel we request at least 7 days notice. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice we will do our best to re-book the room(s) but if we are unable to do so a charge equal to one night's stay will be charged to your credit card on each room cancelled.

 In the winter there are no cancellation charges due to weather conditions.
